Property on the front line, about 10 meters from the sea. Binissafua beach is a 5-minute walk from the house and Binibeca is a 5-minute drive away. The towns of Sant Lluís or Sant Climent are an 8-minute drive away.

Exterior:
The garden has grass up to the rocks leading to the sea, where it is possible to access the crystal-clear waters via stairs. There are two large covered terraces with a sofa, chairs, and a table for dining or relaxing. From them, you can enjoy wonderful views of the open sea.

Interior:
The house has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture. All rooms are on one floor.
