Location: This beautiful typical Menorcan house is located in the lovely rural area of S'Uestrá / Biniali, very close to the village of Sant Lluís, where you can find all kinds of services (shops, bars, restaurants, banks, pharmacy). The beaches of Binibeca and Binissafúller are about 5 minutes away by car. A vehicle is essential.

Exterior: The property covers approximately 11,000 square meters. The pool is located on the east side of the house and measures 10 x 5 meters. Near the pool, there is a covered area for outdoor dining. The porch of the house features typical Menorcan built-in sofas. The grounds have large grassy areas, olive trees, and several very quiet areas where one can relax in the shade.

Interior: Casa San Andrea has interiors with great attention to detail and has been built with traditional island materials, recreating an old-world atmosphere with modern comforts.

Main House (two floors) for 10 people:

Ground Floor: In the central part of the house are the living room and kitchen, both with access to the front terrace. From here, you access an area with 1 double bedroom (1.60m) with AC and 1 twin bedroom (two single beds) with AC, sharing a full bathroom with a bathtub. In the other part of the house, there is 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 toilet, and the laundry room.
First Floor: 1 double bedroom (1.60m) with AC and en-suite full bathroom, and 1 double bedroom (1.50m) with AC and en-suite bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace with beautiful countryside views. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
Annex House for 2 people: Located 100m from the main house: porch, living room, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, and small kitchen.
