Location: This beautiful country house is at the end of a rural path that crosses the road between Sant Lluís and Binisafúa beach, less than 5 minutes by car. Other southern beaches (Alcaufar, Punta Prima, Binidalí…) are less than 10 minutes by car. A vehicle is necessary.

Exterior: The property has 10,000 square meters with gardens and relaxation areas in the sun or shade. The pool, 18m x 4m, is surrounded by a terrace and has beautiful sea views across the countryside. Near the pool, there is a petanque court with a table and chairs, and a lawn garden. The main porch is furnished with large sofas and a large table with chairs for al fresco dining. Each annex has a small porch furnished with a table and chairs. There is outdoor parking for 3 vehicles.
