Location: This beautiful country house is at the end of a rural path that crosses the road between Sant Lluís and Binisafúa beach, less than 5 minutes by car. Other southern beaches (Alcaufar, Punta Prima, Binidalí…) are less than 10 minutes by car. A vehicle is necessary.

Exterior: The property has 10,000 square meters with gardens and relaxation areas in the sun or shade. The pool, 18m x 4m, is surrounded by a terrace and has beautiful sea views across the countryside. Near the pool, there is a petanque court with a table and chairs, and a lawn garden. The main porch is furnished with large sofas and a large table with chairs for al fresco dining. Each annex has a small porch furnished with a table and chairs. There is outdoor parking for 3 vehicles.

Interior: 250 square meters built with high-quality furniture. Central heating, 7 ceiling fans, and air conditioning in all bedrooms. TV and internet (wifi).

Main House:

Ground floor: Large living room with access to the porch, TV room, fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, 1 double bedroom (1.80m) with en-suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom (1.60m) with en-suite shower room, and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
First floor: 1 double bedroom (1.60m) with en-suite bathroom and balcony with countryside and sea views.
Annexes:

Annex 1: 1 double bedroom (1.60m) with en-suite bathroom.
Annex 2 (20 meters from the main house): Living room with small kitchen, 1 double bedroom (1.50m) with en-suite shower room, and 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Annex 3 (additional cost): Room with single bed and en-suite shower room.
This rental does not accept groups of young people under 25 years old. No smoking or pets allowed. Check date availability.
