Typical Minorcan house located near the residential area of Binixica. The village of San Clemente where you will find all kinds of services (supermarket, banks, pharmacy etc.) is less than 5 minutes by car, and the capital, Mahon, is 10 minutes driving. The different beaches of the south, Calan Porter, Punta Prima, Binisafúa and Binibeca, are also 10 - 15 minutes away by car. It is essential to have a car.

Exterior:
The property has two terraces, one next to the pool and the other in front of the house. The swimming pool, of design, has Roman stairs on one side, and is surrounded by a dry wall on the other.
