MADO MARIA is a charming typical Menorcan house located near the residential area of Binixica. Less than 5 minutes by car from the village of San Clemente, where you will find all kinds of services (supermarket, banks, pharmacy, etc.), and only 10 minutes from the capital, Mahón. The southern beaches, such as Calan Porter, Punta Prima, Binisafúa, and Binibeca, are 10-15 minutes away by car. A vehicle is essential.

Exterior: The property features two spacious terraces. One is next to the pool, which has an elegant design with Roman steps along one side and is surrounded by a dry stone wall on the other. The other terrace, located in front of the house, has a pergola with a table and two built-in benches, perfect for outdoor dining. The entrance hall of the house can be converted into a covered porch by opening the large glass doors.
