Wonderful detached villa

Location:
This villa is located 3 km from the village of Alaior. The beaches are less than 15 minutes driving, as well as the city of Mahón. It is essential to have a vehicle.

Exterior:
Although it dates from the 19th century, it has been completely refurbished, maintaining its original structure and typical Menorcan style. Next to the main facade there is a barbecue, with a table to eat in the shade. On the other hand, there is an area of natural shade (wild olive trees) next to the kitchen door, with a table and wooden benches. Here there are also children's games (swings and slide). The swimming pool (11m x 6m, and purification by electrolysis) has a special fenced area for children, it is surrounded by lawn and there is also a table with chairs under the pergola. There is also a toilet and shower in this area. There is also a paved area with a basketball hoop, paddle court and another covered area to shelter two cars.
Interior:
The house has two floors, with 300 square meters of building, and is nicely decorated with numerous details and restored furniture, including a period piano in proper conditions of use. It has TV, DVD, radio and internet access (wifi).
First floor: large hall, living room, kitchen, dining room, 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room, 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room (wheelchair accessible), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 bathroom with shower. This floor is equipped with radial heating for the colder months.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, iron, washing machine, kettle and juicer.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a leisure room with computer and Internet connection.
