Most houses along the seafront have direct sea access and face south west so they enjoy the most amazing sunsets this beautiful island has to offer. Son Veri Nou has a commercial centre with a supermarket, smaller shops, restaurants as well as cafes and a medical centre. The villas are more modern and so are the apartment complexes with their own pools and community gardens. The promenade a long the seafront is perfect for a stroll or cycling.
