The beautiful Finca Only Summer was completely renovated in 2020 and captivates with its extraordinary design. The connection with nature is in the foreground here. Warm textures and colours, paired with modern design, create a very special feel-good atmosphere. An exotic retreat for relaxation. The finca offers space for up to 10 people in 5 double bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are in the main house, 2 in the outbuilding. All bedrooms have has an en-suite bathroom with shower, air conditioning and underfloor heating. The open-plan kitchen is bright and the adjacent living room is flooded with light due to the large window front. The house has satellite TV, Wifi and a Sonos music system. A large pool in the outdoor area (heatable for an extra charge) provides refreshment on hot days. On the property in the heart of Mallorca, surrounded by a beautiful landscape with views of the Tramuntana mountains, there are numerous fruit trees and an organic vegetable garden. On the Finca Only Summer there is also a paddock of over 10,000 m2 with majestic-looking horses. The nearby village of Llubi is only a few minutes away, and the island's capital Palma is about 45 minutes away by car.
