The main house is conveniently laid out on a single level. Upon entering, the living room and kitchen are located to the left, with an adjacent utility room. From here, guests can step out onto the terrace, which includes a barbecue area with a dining table, a chill-out zone, and a pool. To the right of the entrance, the bedrooms and bathrooms are distributed, all featuring air conditioning for optimal comfort.

The bedrooms offer flexibility with double beds that can be separated, ensuring a tailored sleeping arrangement for all guests. Some rooms provide enchanting sea views, while one room includes a safe for added security. An additional bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and separate access is also available.

The exterior boasts a 4 x 8 meter infinity pool, sunbeds for eight people, and a covered outdoor dining area with a table that accommodates up to eight guests. The villa's prime location offers stunning sea views and mesmerizing sunsets.

Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, central heating, WiFi, satellite TV, an alarm system, and a child-friendly environment with a baby cot and highchair available. The villa holds a tourist license (ETV-1391-E), ensuring it meets high standards for holiday accommodations.
