Son Rahaa - A Blissful Mallorcan Sanctuary
Son Rahaa is under construction at present, four of the five properties are expected to be completed by September 2024. The fifth property (Sela) is optional depending on the client's requirements. All properties can be sold furnished or unfurnished.

Son Rahaa is a Home for one large, extended family. The main house, Saya sits majestically in the middle of the entire property. The second house, Shai can comfortably accommodate family and friends. At the bottom of the hill past the windmill, is another beautiful, cocooned guest house called Sama, with its pool, that can also be used as a working space. The two other houses Syra and Sela can be used as guest houses, vacation getaways, professional offices, retreats, or serviced residences, both offering privacy and flexibility to suit your needs. At the center of this haven, lies a large lap pool which is 21 meters by 8 meters and is located in the basin of the land between the main house and the windmill. The pool is noteworthy for its size as large pools are no longer permitted to be built on the island.
SAYA - This residence is at the center of the property and was originally planned for the owner of Son Rahaa. Occupying a prime position within the estate, it reigns over the gentle landscape, seamlessly connecting all the other homes. Comprising three ensuite bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet, as well as a separate living and dining area with a double-sided fireplace and a kitchen area. SYRA - This house is located in the far west corner of the property. Guests can enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset over the almond groves from its porch, offering an even more peaceful retreat within the estate’s already serene surroundings. It’s ideal for those seeking a complete disconnect. It has four spacious bedrooms and two porches. Alternatively, due to its location, it can also serve as the estate’s service quarters.
SELA - This is the fifth house that is optional (at an additional cost) is nestled amidst an olive grove and is hidden from the rest of the estate by a wall of cypress trees. This is the welcoming residence at the entrance of the estate. It is strategically positioned to comfortably accommodate guests less connected to the property. This house would also be perfect as a separate rental home, without disturbing the privacy of the estate. It boasts its swimming pool and the best views over the Tramuntana Mountains. Sela can also be turned into a Playhouse with all the amenities a discerning homeowner would want to have; a guest house with a large Entertaining kitchen, a grand table to sit 24 guests, a fully equipped bar, a games room, a cinema, and a home spa.
