Location:
Villa Mare is a magnificent modern design house located in first line, with incredible views and access to the sea (buoy available with separate price). It is located in the prestigious area of Cap d'en Font, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Binisafúa. The rest of the southern beaches (Binidalí, Binibeca, Punta Prima) are 5 minutes away by car, as well as the town of San Luis, where you will find all kinds of services (supermarkets, restaurants, banks, chemist, etc). The capital, Mahón, is about 10 minutes away by car.

Outside:
The house has a large swimming pool (saline water), lawn area and enjoying wonderful sea and sunset views. The terrace has a table and chairs for dining in the shade, as well as outdoor sofas. From the garden you can go down to the sea. On one side of the house is the built-in barbecue, with barbecue table, and sink.

Interior:
Practically the whole house is on one floor with sea views, natural light and has air conditioning in all rooms on the main level. From the living/dining room, open to the kitchen, there is access on one side to a large master double bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom with separate designer bathtub and shower. On the other side of the house are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower.
The lower floor, or basement, has 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room. This room is suitable for servants or children, as this room is not of the same quality as the rooms on the main floor. This room does not have air-conditioning but has a portable fan.
