Villa Hermitage is located in the urbanisation of Binissafuller, 2 minutes walk from the beach, where you will also find two bars/restaurants. The other beaches of the southeast (Binidalí, Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcaufar) as well as the town of San Luis, where you will find all kinds of services, are about 10 minutes away by car. The capital, Mahón, with the natural harbour, is less than 15 minutes' drive away.

Outside:
The property boasts beautiful sea views from the porch and the pool terrace. Under the porch, and next to a pergola with table and chairs, there is a small kitchenette with a built-in barbecue for outdoor dining. The lower part of the garden has a large lawn area ideal for children.
