Palau Peña - A Unique Residential Oasis

The Palau Peña building is included in Palma’s Catalogue for the Protection of Buildings and Elements of Historical, Artistic, Architectural, and Landscape Interest. The building was documented in the cadastral registry of 1685, subsequently, Pere d´Alcántara Peña Nicolau, master builder and writer (1823-1906), was recorded as the owner from 1853 onward. His parents refurbished the house in 1852, converting the old Gothic house into a multi-family building.
