The villa spans three levels, each with its own private entrance. The main entrance opens into a stunning garden with an exceptional view of Florence, including its iconic Duomo.

Inside, the villa features two large living rooms, a formal dining room, and a fully equipped, traditional Tuscan kitchen. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, ice machine, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, offering everything needed for comfortable living.

The upper floor is dedicated to the five bedrooms: three double bedrooms and two rooms with two single beds each. All bedrooms come with en-suite bathrooms and ample wardrobe space. The villa also includes a library with a small study, a wine cellar, and a laundry room for added convenience.

For outdoor living, there is a patio with a barbecue, wood-fired oven, and a covered dining area, all offering a picturesque view of Florence. The heated pool provides the perfect spot for relaxation, surrounded by the beauty of the Tuscan landscape.

Guests have full access to the entire villa, the private parking area, and the swimming pool.


The villa is just 10 minutes by car from the center of Florence and the charming town of Fiesole. The Mugello region, known for its natural beauty and outdoor activities like surfing, hang gliding, hiking, and horseback riding, is about 30 minutes away. In just one hour, you can reach the Tuscan coast, passing through Pisa, Lucca, and Pistoia. Heading south, the historic cities of Siena and Arezzo are just an hour’s drive away.

This villa offers the services of two staff members who will assist with gardening, chauffeur service, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Rental price is negotiable.
