Here you’ll find a fully equipped Bulthaup kitchen, a dining room, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. This level also includes a suite accessible to people with reduced mobility, a laundry room, and separate toilets. Upstairs, there is an office area and four suites.

The annex complements the property with two suites, a summer kitchen, and a TV lounge.

Etxola ensures a stay without compromise: its numerous terraces, heated swimming pool, outdoor bar, barbecue area, and pétanque court offer various leisure spaces. The outdoor areas also include an outdoor shower, a surfboard rack, and a charging station for bicycles or electric vehicles on-site.

Thanks to its ideal location, just 5 minutes on foot from Canon’s shops and oyster-farming village, you can enjoy the true art of living in the Arcachon Bay, savoring oysters with your feet in the water.
