The glass roof opens and the doors slide fully open to the garden creating a nice indoor-outdoor flow.

Large wine room, large TV room, room with sink/washer dryer plus a utility room

First-floor :
A bathroom and with two bedrooms on both sides, to the right a corridor (towards the West) with a staircase to the roof terrace and two additional ensuite bedrooms.
