Incredible development of 51 homes designed by architect Jean Nouvel (Ateliers Jean Nouvel). This unique and avant-garde residential complex is located in the village of Ordino, which obtained in 2020 the seal of Biosphere Reserve awarded by UNESCO.

It is an architecture with a visionary design that is integrated into the existing natural environment, becoming part of it. LA QUEROLA is a unique sensory experience for its inhabitants that begins with its exterior design. A facade with natural forms that seeks to blend in with the surrounding environment, is composed of more than 22,000 different pieces of natural stone that artisanally form the exterior of this incredible work of art. The project, together with an integrated landscaping work, continues with luxurious and spacious interiors of the homes, with the aim of providing all possible comforts and benefits to its users and preserving their privacy to the maximum. Residents can enjoy spacious common areas, in addition to a Wellness designed by architect Jean Nouvel, with a water and relaxation area, hammam, sauna, massage room, yoga room, fitness room and a suggestive semi-outdoor Jacuzzi, as well as an outdoor swimming pool.

The project consists of 51 homes, ranging from 300m2 to 1000m2. All homes have their own private garage and elevator, in addition to an area that we call Family Room, fully equipped with a large fireplace and office area, thus being able to create unique spaces, from a study area / library, to a play area or a home theater, so that each house fits perfectly with its owner. The penthouses are outstanding pieces, with great heights of irregular ceilings and open with large skylights. All homes have large private outdoor spaces, terraces with barbecue, and some of them have gardens with integrated chillouts.

In January 2022 LA QUEROLA was awarded as "Best Engineering Project" for the innovative air conditioning system, and in April 2022, as "Best Real Estate and Sustainable Project in Andorra" by the newspaper La Razón in Madrid. In 2023 PROPERTY EUROPEAN AWARDS as best residential project, best sustainable project and best architectural project in Andorra.
